This event is all about community and fun!
We’ve mapped out your day as a journey with stops to experience some of our most popular activities at SOC including archery, boating, family hiking essentials, campcraft, fishing and ever-popular rock painting. Collect a stamp for each activity you complete and earn a chance to win some NJSOC prizes! Pack your lunch, come early, and spend the day– you won’t want to miss a moment of the forest fun!
No visit to the SOC would be complete without a campfire and smore’s! As the day winds down, we invite you to gather to share stories of your adventures while enjoying some music. There’s just something about a campfire that kindles friendships.
Events and activities subject to change. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the event. Dogs are not permitted at SOC programs.
The NJ School of Conservation strives to create an inclusive community where all have equal access to outdoor programs and environmental education, through our diversity, equity, inclusion and justice initiatives.
